Ingredients: * 1/3 cup smoked paprika * 1/3 cup Splenda or sugar * 2-3 tablespoons salt * 4 teaspoons ground mustard * 2 teaspoons ground black pepper * 2 teaspoons ground coriander seed * 2 teaspoons powdered ginger * 1/2 teaspoon allspice * 1 tablespoon dried oregano * 1 tablespoon garlic powder * 1 tablespoon onion powder * 1 cup broth -- whatever works with your meat * 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce * 1/4 cup vinegar -- rice, cider or white are all good * hot sauce to taste Mix dry ingredients first, then broth, Worcestershire and vinegar. Taste and adjust. This makes enough sauce to marinate 6 lbs of chicken.
