* 1 cup mayonnaise * 2 TBS plus 2 tsp prepared horseradish * 1 TBS white vinegar * 4 tsp sugar * 1/8 tsp salt - Dissolve the sugar and salt in the vinegar. - Mix all well in a blender. - Keep refrigerated, tightly covered.
