* 2 ripe tomatoes, cut in wedges * 1 white onion, sliced thin * 1 head iceberg lettuce, torn in pieces by hand * 6 to 8 radishes, sliced thin Toss together the ingredients in a bowl and place into the refrigerator to chill. * 1/2 cup olive oil * 1/4 cup white vinegar * 1/4 cup fresh lime juice * 4 cloves garlic * 1 tsp salt * 1/4 tsp pepper Pour the olive oil, vinegar, and lime juice into a blender, then add the garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth. Just before serving, add the dressing a little at a time while you toss the salad.
