dressing: * 2 TBS balsamic vinegar * 1 TBS dijon mustard * 1/4 cup olive oil Whisk vinegar and mustard together, then whisk in the oil. * 1/2 lb green beans cooked until crisp/tender * 1 lb grilled steak, cut into strips * 1-2 gorgeous tomatoes, cut in eighths * 2 oz firm blue cheese, crumbled * salt and pepper to taste Arrange the beans, steak, and tomatoes on a platter and season with the salt and pepper.
