* 4 -5 cups spring water * 1-2 teaspoon turmeric powder (I used Frontier Co-op brand) * 1-2 teaspoon ground ginger powder * Lemon NuNatruals Stevia extract or Regular Stevia (20-40 drops or to taste) * 1/4 cup lemon juice and any extra fresh lemon slices you want to add after * Optional - raw honey if you don't want to add stevia. 2-4 tbsp Instructions Bring water to a full boil on the stove. Add in your spices and let it boil again for a minute, then reduce and simmer turmeric for 10 minutes. Remove from the stove and let it cool a bit. Then strain the tea powder with a mesh strainer or cloth. Pour the rest of the liquid into a pitcher along with your sweetener of choice.
