===Ingredients===

  * 1/2 lb margarine or butter
  * 1 c sugar
  * 3 eggs 	
  * 2 c flour
  * 1 t baking powder 	
  * 1 t salt
  * 2 cans cherry pie filling mixed with 1 t vanilla or almond extract 
OR 
  * 2 cans blueberry pie filling mixed with 1 t vanilla

to make it chocolate, add:
  * 3 T cocoa powder
  * 3 T brewed coffee
  * 2 T sugar

===Technique===
  - Pre-heat oven to 350
  - Cream margarine and sugar. 
  - Add eggs one at a time. 
  - Mix together flour, baking powder, and salt, then mix with the other ingredients. If making the cocolate version, add those ingredients to the flour mixture.
  - Pour all but 1 c of batter into greased 9x13 pan. Spread filling evenly and dot spoonfuls of remaining batter on top. 
  - Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.
